How much I have to pay if I want to go to Australia ? A question that always being asked by applicants.
Included in The Placement Fee are :
- CV preparation
- Image Consultation
- Pre Departure Orientation
- Preparation and Training for Interview
- Airfare
- Insurance
- Passport (along with necessary documents requirement)
- Skill Test Arrangement (if applicable)
- Local Retribution
- Medical Check-up
- Immigration Services (Incl. Visa)
- Airport Handling (Incl. Ground Transport)
- Administration
- Pocket money (for 2-4 weeks)
- Binamandiri Commission
The total cost can start from Free of charge up to maximum 3 months salary, but the approximate fee is around USD 1.500
The cost varies depend on :
- Salary and positions being offered, the higher the salary is being offer, surely the fee will be higher too.
- Employer's subsidize. Each employer will inform whether he/she will cover all or part of the placement fee.
- Ticket
The important thing is not on how much do you have to pay for the placement fee, but Have you qualified to work in Australia. No matter how rich or how poor you are, if you don't have the qualification, you cannot work in Australia. The investment you have made for the placement fee, normally will be paid off approximately within 2 months of working in Australia.
The worker will not be charged for both side (Indonesia and Australia) commisions.
Deductions
The applicants will have bare deductions on their wages. The deductions which can be applied are :
- Tax. Every person who works in Australia, has to bare Tax deductions, No Exceptions! It doesn't matter whether you are Australian or Foreign Workers. The worker will be paid after tax salary. The tax which is applied, approximately is 30% (thirty percent)
- Meals and Accommodation. Certain employer will provide meals and accommodation, those facilities are either paid by the employers or workers. If the employers provide meals and accommodation, the worker's salary will still be deducted for the tax of meals and accommodation. Meals and Accomodation will approximately AUD 100 per week for each.
- Placement Fee. Certain employers will deduct the worker's salary for the placement fee that he/she had cover previously.
All deductions will be made clear and written in the letter of offer, when the worker is being offered for a job.
